These Settings must be properly configured to keep CellTracker working.
1) Settings => Battery => In the App Power Saving Mode Click on « DETAIL » button => GPS => Turn OFF
2) Settings => Data usage => MOBILE=> Set mobile data limit => Turn OFF
3) Settings => Data usage => WLAN => GPS => Application data usage => Restrict background data => Turn OFF
