These Settings must be properly configured to keep Cell Tracker working.
1) Settings => Battery => Battery optimization => « GPS » => Don’t optimize
2) Settings => Apps & notifications => See all apps => « GPS » => Mobile data & Wi-Fi => Background Data & Unrestricted data usage => Turn ON
